notification for document verification
On the basis of result of the Written
Examination held on 2012, candidates bearing the following Roll Nos. , are
provisionally qualified and called for candidature and Document Verification.
They are required to report at the office of North East Railway Recruitment
Board, at 10.30 hrs. on March 2014. They should bring two passport size
photographs ( as pasted on the Application Form ) along with original
certificates and their copies, in duplicate, attested by gazetted officer in support of their
possessing specified Educational Qualification,
Proof of Age and Caste certificate ( in prescribed format ) etc.

Note :
1.
Call letters to the candidates have been dispatched
individually through Post, confirming date, time and venue for Verification.
The candidates not receiving the call letter may take note of this and repoet
at the office North East Railway Recruitment Board on the date specified.
Candidates failing to attend the Verification on the notified date are liable
to loose their candidature. Request, whatsoever for the change of date of
Verification shall not be entertained by the NERRB.
2.
If it is found later at any stage of the
recruitment that the candidate dose not ful fill all/any of the conditions of
eligibility, his/her candidature will be cancelled and no appeal against such
cancellation will be entertained.
3.
RRB/Malda regrets inability to entertain any
correspondence from un-successful candidates.
4.
RRB North East reserves the right to rectify any
inadvertent error or typographical mistake at any stage.
